Diadrom is a consulting and product company in diagnostics of autotech. We work across all steps of the product's life cycle — from business analysis to aftermarket — and take full responsibility for our deliveries.
Certified to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 — since 2014
Diadrom is certified to SS-EN ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and SS-EN ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) since 2014, with periodic recertification. Both certificates are issued by RISE and cover Diadrom Holding AB with its subsidiaries Diadrom Systems AB and Diadrom Software AB.
Team deliveries are managed according to the ISO 9001 quality management system — helping Diadrom ensure that customer and stakeholder requirements on a product or service are met.
Certified scope: consultancy services such as project management, business analysis and technical development, also project implementation and product development.

Quality policy
We have always focused on what is best for our customers and take full responsibility for our deliveries. Our long-term goal is a consistently high level of customer satisfaction in our annual follow-ups.
Environmental policy
Laws and regulations in the environmental field are the minimum level of requirements that must always be met. We want to contribute to sustainable development in society — primarily through our customers' various development projects, but also by running our own operations in a resource- and energy-efficient manner.
We work to:
- Stimulate commitment, participation and responsibility for environmental work among our employees
- Sort and recycle waste and residual products as far as possible
- Save for both environmental and cost reasons — streamlining energy consumption and reducing consumables where possible
- Encourage planned, resource-efficient travel, at work and privately
- Prioritise suppliers who actively work with the environment
- Work with continuous improvement so that the operation's environmental impact is reduced
All employees must be aware of what is stated in the policy and how it is applied.
Memberships
Diadrom Systems AB (corporate identity number 556603-4426), the group's operating subsidiary, is a member of FKG (the Scandinavian Automotive Supplier Association), Telematics Valley and SOFF (the Swedish Security and Defence Industry Association).
