Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing

Diadrom wants suspected misconduct to surface so it can be addressed. This page describes how to report under the Swedish Whistleblowing Act — lag (2021:890) om skydd för personer som rapporterar om missförhållanden — which implements the EU Whistleblower Directive (2019/1937).

Open the reporting channel

What can be reported

Misconduct in a work-related context that is in the public interest to disclose — for example breaches of law, corruption, financial irregularities, or serious risks to life, health or the environment — and breaches of EU law within the directive's scope. The channel is not intended for general feedback, customer matters or personnel matters without public interest; please use our ordinary contact routes for those.

Who can report

The act protects those who report in a work-related context: employees and former employees, job applicants, trainees and volunteers, contracted staff and consultants, self-employed contractors seeking or performing work, shareholders active in the company, and members of management or the board.

How to report

Reports are made through our secure reporting channel, operated by our external provider Hailey HR to ensure independence. You can choose to report anonymously. Your identity is covered by the act's duty of confidentiality — only authorised case handlers have access to the report. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

What happens next

You will receive confirmation that your report has been received within seven days, and feedback on the actions taken within three months, as required by the act. Receipt, case handling and feedback are managed by our external provider, Hailey HR. Retaliation against a reporting person is prohibited.

External reporting

You may also report externally to a competent authority within its area of responsibility, through that authority's external reporting channel, or to the EU's institutions, bodies and agencies. The Swedish Work Environment Authority (Arbetsmiljöverket) publishes a list of competent authorities and guidance on the act:
